Inkosi Mongi Rula Goodwill Games

Inkosi Mongi Rula Goodwill Games taking place at Ndaliso Sports Ground in rural Flagstaff for 14-16 September. All under the banner of Inkosi Mongi Rula, former Bush Bucks player who is now a traditional leader. It is a day of local football, local netball, cultural activities, coaching clinics, music, artists as well as a Legends fixture – Mthatha Bush Bucks v Invitation team. Your Cyril Nzamas, Thabo Mngomenis, Brian Baloyi and Jerry Sikhosanas will be prsent…to name a few… The price money will be finalised earliest next week.
“As a traditional leader and with my power through the power of sport, I have long sought an initiative that can bring my community and the Ingquza Hill community together. We are in the rural areas but know still have pride in ensuring social cohesion and community participation. There are eight local and netball teams each that will be entering, those teams will be formally announced next week. I am also grateful for the support from my former teammates, who have been calling me and asking to also be a part of the festivities…I am also proud that Ingquza Hill Local Municipality has asked to come through as a partner to promote this positivity. This is my dream and the first of may future tournaments to come.” said Chief Mongi Rula 
“I am also incredibly proud that HollywoodBets, who have been fantastic to our community, have also given us great moral support alongside local traditional leadership. We want this to be an epic event.”
“Entrance for this event is free, we have also made sure that all safety and security measures are in place…people will come through from Cape Town, Gauteng, Durban and Mthatha for the three days. We are also grateful to the Ingquza Hill Local Municipality, the OR Tambo District Municipality, our friends in sports and music who are coming through to give us support. We will reveal all the necessary event details next week” concluded Mongi Rula

    I’m so proud and very grateful for the step forward taken by Inkosi Mongi Rula as this will commit our growing future footballers, I can feel the spirit of this event and can tell that it’s gonna be be successful.
