Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane lambasted Gavin Hunt’s tactics of deploying defensive method, when the game ended in a goalless draw last night at Loftus Stadium.
When speaking to Pitso after the game, “Well, they came for a particular result. They got the particular result. It’s very difficult. We tried to break the wall of five players at the back,”
He further expressed his sympathy for the supporters, who spent money to witness a goalless draw “If people are watching football at home, and people come here [to the stadium], then we have to play football – so let’s play football,” said Mosimane.
He was pleased with the return of Khama Billiat “Khama is back, am sorry for him that he had to come back in such high tempo game. But am glad that he showed some good signs, he will be sharp on the next game. Maybe he will get a run against Chippa next week.” Mosimane concluded.
