Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs met today at the almost full capacity FNB Stadium in a bid to collect maximum and cement their league log standing. It was clear from the beginning of the game that nothing more than 3 points was at stake for both coaches. Both teams came to this game with the intention of satisfying the country in terms of football display and indeed football lovers enjoyed the maximum display, from both sides.

A goalless draw is not the true reflection of the game considering how busy both goalkeepers were. With clear cut chances missed by both teams, the best was missed by the visitors who were unlucky not to snatch the last minutes opportunity, which could have secured them those important points.

Mukovhe ‘Juju-girl’ Nngidi, the up and coming Bucs prominent supporter,  who vowed not to miss any Pirates game had this to say. ‘I think we did well,  just that we were unlucky in front of their posts. We should have wrapped it with about 15 minutes to go.  Our boys must make use of their chances because we are missing a lot of goal scoring opportunities, which are also hard to get. Look, the game was beautiful,  most of us had thought it will a tight game but hey they proved us wrong. I am proud of my boys and I hope they convert those chances on our next game’.

The game ended in a 0-all draw.
