Celtic aims for positive results against Chiefs this afternoon

Serame-LetsoakaBloemfontein Celtic hosts Kaizer Chiefs at the Free State Stadium in a clash that will kick off at 15h30.

The PSL encounter between Siwelele and Amakhosi is expected to be a humdinger that will produce fireworks and head coach Serame Letsoaka shares the sentiments.

“Since I arrived, we have played two games which was a loss against Chippa, and a draw in our last game against Ajax. This time, we are going for a completely different result. We are fully aware that this particular game is going to be tough but quick, enterprising yet, our productive style of play will make it difficult for our opponents. The rivalry between the two teams will be a catalyst for a great game of football” said Letsoaka.

Even though he is worried by injuries to Keagan Buchan, Mthokozisi Dube and late fitness tests to assess Tshepo Rikhotso and Bevan Fransman, Letsoaka is delighted that they have sufficient arsenal to attack their nemesis “Expect for injuries to certain players we have enough depth and the harmonious team spirit will see us through… gunning for our first three points of the year. Players are responding well to my philosophy and work rate. Nothing else but the zeal to work with dedication will give any player the chance to play.

Letsoak concludes: “Last week we scored two goals after a long time and clearly there are positive signs and once we have the right remedy to convert chances created during our games we will be able win and climb the league standing with pride.”
