MTN8 first leg ended 1 All for #Tshswanederby

SuperSport United and Mamelodi Sundowns drew 1-1 in the 2019 MTN8 semifinal first-leg match at the Lucas Moripe Stadium in Atteridgeville on Sunday afternoon.

The second-leg clash will be played at the same venue on Wednesday, 18 September.

The deadlock was finally broken four minutes before halftime when Onismor Bhasera’s cross was headed home by Thamsanqa Gabuza to make it 1-0 to SuperSport.

However, the Matsatsantsa defence went to sleep and they were punished by Uruguayan attacking midfielder Gaston Sirino.
