The Premier Soccer League (PSL) prosecutor has written to Mamelodi Sundowns and head coach Mr Pitso Mosimane in relation to the comments attributed to him on match officials.
Pitso is on records labeling chiefs as benefiting from the referees.
Are we back in the 80’s he asked
“We have to admit that they are a lot stronger this year and the influence of the coach helps because he wants to win. But Chiefs didn’t have the help from referees who make mistakes last year – it’s a fact. But is this a spiral or what? When is it going to end? This thing must stop. I want to see if referees will make mistakes against Pirates,” Mosimane said after the game .Pitso Mosimane
Chifes thumped Sundowns 2-0 at Loftus stadium last weekend.
“Something has to give in now. I don’t think Pirates supporters will allow it. You can’t win every game by referees mistakes. It’s enough. We have seen it before, but now it’s a series. Is this a football match or what? Excuse me.” concluded Pitso
The League prosecutor has given Mr Mosimane five days to respond to the letters sent to him to either deny or admit the comments attributed to him in the media.
