AmaZulu FC will play host to Kaizer Chiefs in the DStv Premiership match at the Kings Park Stadium on Wednesday.
Kick-off is at 15h00 CAT.
Usuthu managed to hold Bloemfontein Celtic to a 1-1 draw in a game which was played at the Dr Molemela Stadium on January 10.
Augustine Mulenga netted the equalising goal for Usuthu, who have taken four points from their last two league matches.
AmaZulu have claimed eight points from five home matches this season, with their last result as hosts a 3-1 win over Chippa United in their last match of 2020.
Meanwhile, Chiefs are coming off a 2-0 defeat to Maritzburg United in a game which took place at the FNB Stadium on January 9.
Amakhosi have gone seven league matches without a win after losing to Maritzburg and as a result, they have dropped to within a point of the relegation zone.
Chiefs have claimed four points from as many away matches this season, with their last result on the road a 2-1 loss at SuperSport United in mid-December.
In head-to-head stats, AmaZulu and Chiefs have met in 58 league matches since 1985.
Amakhosi have claimed 36 wins compared to eight for Usuthu, while 14 games have been drawn.
Usuthu have won just five of their 28 home league matches against their Soweto counterparts, suffering 15 defeats in the process.
Last season the teams claimed away wins over each other: Chiefs triumphed 2-0 at King Zwelithini Stadium in September 2019.
However, AmaZulu claimed revenge with a 1-0 victory at FNB Stadium in March 2020 thanks to a goal from Bonginkosi Ntuli.
